Subject	Removing the rear traction/toe rod

Message	There is a metal gas line from the gas cap in the way of removing the bolt from the subframe connection point. One end is bolted with 6 10-mm nuts. Is it safe to remove these to get enough clearance to remove the traction/toe rod bolt? I was given the suggestion to cut the bolt head off and remove it from the other side, and replace it going the other direction. Any other suggestions?
