| I bought a DXD Feramic full face clutch from Joe about a year and a half ago (only put about 2k miles on it) and recently had some problems with it...the disk welded itself to the pressure plate during a launch at the track on drag radials. Joe informed me that he recently found that Feramic disks can melt when heated too much, ie at the track during a hard launch. After some work on his end he was able to get the clutch warrantied for me through Southbend. I just received the clutch today and everything looks great. It's easy for a vendor to look good when things are going good but the true test is how they take care of you when something goes wrong and they have to stand behind their product. Joe did a great job and the communication was excellent. Thanks again Joe!
