Message	the car catches fire, then you'd never find it. "Search" on this topic to find the paper towel or talcum powder and pressure tests. Given the running temperatures of a car, I doubt that ambient temperature is the difference. I suggest you find the leak before driving the car again. I sound like a broken record, but my buddy lost his whole car to a "small gas leak" that he was going to fix "soon".
