You said that you replaced the bearings and everything else was swapped with new. When you disassembled, did the little plastic pieces beneath the spring (they look like half of a sewing thread spindle) break into a ton of pieces, or were yours salvageable? What I'm looking to find out is if you had to replace them, where did you purchase them from? Also, the writeup done by Ash about replacing the seals is for the 60mm Stanza TB's IIRC, but its definitely worth ensuring you have no leaks after being as attentive to detail as you. Might I ask how you popped the seals out of their seats? I'm having a hard time swapping mine. Everything on your motor looks great! Your friend has some good painting skills, as well as whoever PC'd you'r parts! Congrats.
