Subject	hicas delete kit?

Message	So I was on craigslist today just looking at the 300zx's up for sale or trade and I noticed 2 out of about 10 of them had the HICAS steering system deleted. Now I remember a while back I was reading on this website that in order to do this delete a special kit is needed and new steering system components are needed to replace those that were taken off. Well if anyone can just help me out and refresh my mind on this subject I would appreciate it. Jose
