Message	it's just that the lips disappear into the black rubber and give the illusion of 75-series tires on 15" wheels once the tires are on them. they need a small line machined into the very outer edge and then they would really pop out and look 1000x better and still be equally as "unique" IMO "The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism.
