No, the clutch works to match the two speeds, the syncros have already done their job in matching the input shaft speed to the countershaft speed by the time you engage the clutch

The parts with less moment of the inertia is easier on the synchros.

Not quite. The parts that are attached to the input shaft have an impact on the syncros. The clutch disk with less moment of inertia will shift easier. The flywheel and pressure plate don't matter when the clutch is not engaged.
