Message I dont have many miles on mine yet but it feels great. No problem with the syncros at all. Some Z trannies with higher miles will have syncro problems. Especially if the previous clutch was never adjusted properly.

One thing to keep in mind, the Z1 twin disk come with an aftermarket pedal stopper. Alot of other clutches do not come with these. With a twin disk clutch, it is completely unnecessary to push the clutch past the release point. In fact if you press the pedal too far past the release point it can cause the throw out bearing to bind on the input shaft of the transmission. This in turn binds the input shaft on the pilot bushing causing the tranny to continue rotating even while you shift gears. This could be what is causing some of these "syncro problems".

Then again every Z has its own characteristics and these "syncro problems" could also be completely unrelated to the new clutch.
