My neighbor showed me how paint with the dupli-color cans. He told me paint as little a possible and to keep moving. That way there are no runs. You can always put another coat on. If you are worried about technique try painting a piece of cardboard so you can get comfortable with the spray rate and how far you have to hold the can away. If you get a run do not worry about it because you can sand it down and try again. Sorry cannot post photos now.
