HIDs in high beam isnt necessary because the HIDs in the low beam will be brighter then the high beams. NO PIAA bulbs in the fog light will not be comparable to your low beam HIDs. If you are only running PIAAs in your fogs or no matter what other brand bulbs in your fogs, your fogs light output will actually look yellow or dull as compared to your HID low beams. Thats why I run HIDs in the fogs also as I always drive with the fogs on. Some will till you its an over kill but personally I find it better to run low beams and the fogs on at the same time always. Out put with HIDs in the low beam and HIDs in the fogs = awesomeness lighting output.
