: No offense to everyone that has had a bad experience, but at this time I also want to complement Ash and how he handled my transaction. I actually paid to get my ECU upgraded 3 weeks ago. Because of factors outside my control, I was unable to get it to him in a timely manner. He emailed me a few times to see where things were and such. He received my ECU in the morning, emailed me to tell me had gotten it, 30 mins later said he was already done and would be shipping it out that day and sure enough it was received the next morning. He was also very cordial on the phone. This was huge to me because my father in law was having a serious surgery so my wife is taking our G35 out of town and that would leave me car-less. I am only posting this because through all the negativity over time (possibly justified although I wouldn't know), I wanted to let everyone know how open and communicative Ash was. Thank you Ash!
