| This week was my 5 year anniversary buying my TT project. The motor had a spun main bearing and the owner had given up on the "money pit". I towed it home, washed it off and put it in the garage. 
5 years and I've lost track of the number of hours now? I've had every screw, nut and bolt off. Most of em are back on again. Here is how it sits tonight.
 It is getting closer! I like to blame it on the time it takes to save up for parts, but life gets in the way also. Not enough time for everything so I work on it when I can. This summer it should be off those dang jack stands and on the road!!!! As a pre-emptive strike before the wide body haters reply again about how I've ruined the poor ZX. I humbly offer this olive branch. I've only had this one 4 years. But this is about as stock as any purist can hope for! I've even got the stock cat-backs to bolt back on it. I had to pull the motor to replace a frozen turbo, disentegrated precat and injectors (I did put stock turbos and injectors back in it), and every harness, seal and hose associated with the motor being out of the way. My wife and I replaced the tweed interior with new vinyle and leather seat covers. She did a great job covering those interior pieces. This is a really nice driver! I had to have something to do while the other car was in the paint shop!
