Although hard to discern from my crappy camera pics, the HI pulley actually sits higher than the AMS one by almost 1mm. Makes me wonder where or how the previously addressed 2mm discrepency came into play in the first place.

I thought Bernie said he doesn't make the HI Pulley? It seems that CZP sells it (labels it) as a Bernie Bilzki made product.
