 :According to you, the rim width should be called the wheel width, or barrel width.  It isn't, it is the rim width, it is called that because it is the width of the rim, and not the distance between rims.  But in fact, it is the distance between rims.  Why does Enkei (their picture, right?) labels the outer rim "rim" and then label the diameter of the inner rim "rim diameter"?  In the picture, "rim width" is the distance from the outer rim to the inner rim.
