Message	TTpersuit,all you had to do was take it to Bernie...are they a Z specialist shop? I bet not.. More research on your part would of prevented all these problems. Sue them and get your money back and have Bernie fix it... You described it well "nightmare auto mechanic", not technician or specialist.
