What does it mean? How was it measured? I have no idea, and didn't ask,
as I was never planning on switching to electric anyways.

Honestly, I wish there was a better solution for electric fans though, cause
if so that, with the combination of your electric water pump, would be nice.
For me though, I wouldn't make the switch until I saw some factual charted
and proven data showing a car with an electric fan and AC running within
reasonable temps during hot summer months.
