| in the many hours i have recently spent lurking here, i watched a bunch of fun stuff pass me by. i was unable to attend the recent ohio fall z activities, and i watched the calender deadline come and go. i saw many pictures posted that made me jealous to have not participated. so on this lazy sunday morning, i went through my picture folders and worked up a few i thought were nice. then, i went all fancy and added borders. [keanu reeves voice] "no way." yeah, really...... enjoy. the fall leaf picture from a park:

interesting thing about that location; i had driven past it many times and always thought it would be a great spot for pictures. one friday after work, i grabbed my stuff and headed out. i hadn't planned on going there, but somehow, i ended up knocking on their front door. i asked for permission. the lady of the house responded "yes, but i'm afraid the barn isn't in very good shape." i said, "that's what gives it character." i swear she choked up and fought back tears.
