The only area I would stretch more are the areas were the rear bottom seat meet the seat back, thats easy to do. Other wise nice job. Yes that's normal, the leather will shrink and expand depending on the temperature. Also if you stretch it too much,tightening it will start pulling on the seams. Those look nice. The creases and wrinkles will come out quickly. Leave it outside on a hot day in the sun. They will start flattening out, once the leather cools down.. Nice job..
