Subject	SF Bay Area: Willing to help pull oil pan w/ engine in car?

Message	Well I posted this in technical because it is a technical job however for the posting it should probably be in general...So... My na to TT developed what I believe is a rod knock about half a year ago and I only drove it a couple of miles to get back home after the noise developed and haven't driven it since. I have run through various tests/diagnostics in hope pinpoint the problem but to no avail. So now I am hoping to pull the oil pan with the engine in the car to check the condition of the bearings and rods and hope that there is not too much damage that cannot be "easily" fixed. I'm curious if anyone in the San Francisco Bay Area is willing to help out? Probably a long shot but it's worth a shot..
