Message I found another alternative for the lamps in the control pods. I talked to Nick (the Ebay LED seller) again and he informed me that he would have to sell the LED lamps for $1.75 each instead of $1.50 as I stated earlier.

I started searching and found a place that sells the same size bulbs for $1.25 each. I ordered a set (12 lamps plus one extra small lamp) on June 5th and received them yesterday (June 8th). The shipping cost was $5.00 and the total cost was $23.06.

I did not install the 4 gauge cluster backlight LED lamps but I did install the control pod LED lamps. Just to clarify, the background lights are not the five main large bulbs in the cluster for the gauges. As everyone knows those work fine from the Ebay seller I post before. The background lights are the four lights along the bottom of the gauge cluster. All of mine were burned out and I do not think I really need them in my black Z. I was more interested in how the pod lights would look so I installed those today. I will try the background lights later.

I still have yet to receive the LEDs from Nick but since I received these other LEDs so quickly I installed them today and did a write-up which will help with any "like" LED bulbs in the future. Here is the link to my writeup in the technical forum and here are some pictures of the LED lamps installed. When I receive the LED lamps from Nick I will let everyone know how they work but these lamps work really well.
