And no, I don't really need to sell the wheels, just no point having money tied up in something I'm not going to use. I haven't usually seen a scammer post a phone number, and the number area code did match up to NY, which is where he said he was in an earlier email. Plus, several people I talked to here thought it was legit, although I never did. Was just looking for confirmation of a scam or not from people who have seen more of them.
