Message	can get a decent TT with same milage for 6k. maybe if you really like verts, but imo being a vert is a detraction, as is being NA. Thing's are worth what you would be willing to pay for them. For me the only NA I'd be willing to pay for would be a slicktop so my estimate is probably undervalued, but 3k seems more reasonable.
