Message request for the freight company to deliver the clip with a truck that is equipped with a lift gate. They position the pallet on the lift gate, and lower it down, than they use a hydraulic lift to jack the pallet up and roll it in the designated spot.

It costs a bit more to request it, but it will save a ton of headache.
