Message	If a tt does have less total angle than a NA, and a TT rack was installed in a NA it would give it less total angle. If a NA rack does have more steerig angle it could potentially offer even more steering angle for a TT with Hicas, or better suit a TT with HICAS deleted. Formerly SpecNATT (Houston)
