Message We finally had the chance to do a true comparison of 2" vs. 2.5" intercoolers.
This was a customers car with SZ engine, 700 turbos, MS manifolds, SZ 3 inch exhaust, 500 cams, JWT dual intake, 740cc Injectors, Older RPS twin disc Carbon Carbon, SZ oil pan, UR crank pulley and HI waterpump pulley.

The test was done at 100% duty cycle on the boost controller for both tests. ONLY the following parts were changed......
1. Greddy 2 inch intercoolers were changed for 2.5" Ash-spec Intercoolers.

2. Stock 2 inch Intercooler pipes were changed out for
TDM works 2.5" Intercooler pipes.

3. Stock 50mm throttle bodies were changed out for 58mm throttle bodies.

Nothing else was changed and these are the results.......
Much nicer power band :-)
