Message Let me ask you something. Have you ever seen those people in restaurants that complain out the ass and you know dam well that the restaurant has an outstanding reputation but still give there meal for free. I hate people like that. Give me shit for free if I make a big enough ass out of myself. I'm not saying that it was Eugene has done here, but just reminds me of that kind of crap that goes on in business.
Eugene has got a valid point. He should have been treated as a customer that didn't understand what was going on with the brakes. John should have explained it better to Eugene so that he understood all that was involved in the process.
That way he can not come back and say this or that, like he is doing now.

But Z1 has a way of not giving anything for free. Ive already fixed 3 of their clients cars and I am on a 4th one now. John Hood a Raleigh police officer went there and somehow either them or another shop he doesn't know who hydro locked his motor. He drives a 96TT and Z1 did the timing belt on it and screwed that all up. So it doesn't surprise me at all since I have had dealing with there Z clients. Z1 still should try and make it right and clean up their communication skills.
