Message	from the original posts, they are two stackable blocks per wheel. if you always wanted the two stack height, make them the two stack height. they would be sturdier and you would have less moving parts. downside would be weight, but not too bad. or if you would like more modularity, make two stack, or even 3 stack of slightly smaller blocks.
