I live in Missouri City, TX just outside of Houston. He pulled me over this morning on the way home from work and said that my "mufflers were very loud." I was driving the speed limit, did have it in fourth at 50mph, as I was about to slow down for a left turn for my neighborhood. I have test pipes, headers, and hipers, but still my car is not obnoxiously loud. I've heard Camaros and bikes, etc that are of course much louder. Anyway, he said that I don't "have" to fix it, but that if he catches me again, I can be pulled over for the same offense. I don't usually drive this car, I have a civic for a daily, but still... wtf? I've had this car for 11 years now, and have never been pulled over, or had complaints about my exhaust... from cops or otherwise. Just kind of venting really. But if anyone has any advice on how to beat it, I'd be appreciative. I love the sound of my car, and really don't want to change it. Jack H '92 n/a
