| Hey guys so I ordered all the parts needed to do the engine rebuild from Coz (which should be hear on friday) and decided to begin the tear down today. To my suprise and hopes I was able to take the whole engine down with it in the car between 11:50 this morning and 8:20pm earlier tonight. It was %100 easier after all the water bypasses/ reroutes/deletes i did the last time. Would have been done 2 hours earlier if i hadnt had the "damn i need something" happen. Anyway hear are some pics of the boo boo's i ran into while diagnosing all that went wrong. Open for comments and suggestions. Thinking thats from oil/coolent mix maybe???

Dont know how that got there. Valve cover seals looked fine and i saw no drain/streak marks
Thats what shredded head gasket looks on your fire wall
Here are the trouble makers. thought there was only 1 but turns out we put in 3. the one that caused the gasket to go wasnt even all the way tightened to the head i dont think. from what it seems like the nut got super stuck on the bolt before it even reached the head somehow and we thought it was good and sung when it wasnt. Explains why it went so easy.
you can see all the head gasket in the threads
I got the car with the crank pulley all chipped. What do you guys think about it. If you suggest going performance any ones in particular?? Or can i just leave it alone???
