considering that the heat capacity of water is over double that of engine oil, and that the water flow rate is much higher than that of oil (especially considering that BB turbos use an oil restrictor), I think running water through the CHRA will be more than adequate for cool down. Because the engine is not running at the time, it would be possible to run the water pump to the point that the water temp is below that of normal engine operating conditions, further increasing its effectiveness.
