Message Consult prices have been lowered due to the strong dollar so I wanted to pass the savings to you. Cables start at $75 shipped! I thought about having a group buy feeler but went and bought a big inventory instead so you can get them fast. The price you see is the limited time sale price and is much lower than direct from blazt after shipping from New Zealand or my ebay price. This is the last week of the group buy discount. I have a long history selling these cables and shipping fast. Before the price drop, these recently sold for $160 each. Any questions, just email me.

What is a consult? It lets you see what the exact water temperature is instead of a needle pointing between "C" and "H"? Want to see the injector duty cycle at varying RPM's and graph it all? This cable lets you see all the data that the ecu (car computer) sees and does many diagnostic tests as well! Some of the functions include 0-60 speed trials, setting the TPS "the easy way", doing a power balance test the easy way, changing engine temp, shutting off the fuel pump, aac valve manipulation, A/F mixture adjustment, ecu fault code read/clear, ecu self learn clear, active tests such as the power balance test, ignition timing change, injector cycles, datalogging, and more.

It works on any obd1 nissan with the grey consult port, which is almost every nissan during the early-mid 90s and all years of the 300zx. The only thing it won't work on is if you have a standalone engine management like the AEM EMS. It will work if you have a JWT or Ashspec ECU. Advantages of the blazt cable are the custom chipset, genuine consult connector for a perfect fit, and 6 ft long length. There are no adapters or exposed parts and each cable is tested before shipment. They are also available in USB and serial connectors. They are pretty much the same but the serial is a little cheaper.

The obd2 cables are also on sale if you have an obd2 nissan. This is similar to the obd1 cable but for obd2 nissans. It also works as a generic obd2 scanner but without the nissan specific functions. As with all blazt products, future software upgrades are included free! The cable works on the KWP protocol (Nissans, some BMWs, some Bentleys, some GM, Hyundai, Merc, Subaru, some suzuki). Features are slightly different than the obd1 cable so see the ad linked below. As features are added, you get software and firmware upgrades for free.

If you buy an obd2 cable with an obd1 cable, take off another $15 on the obd2 cable. Why would you want to buy an obd2 cable if you don't have an obd2 nissan? You must have a friend with an obd2 nissan that would like this!

If you purchased an obd1 cable from me in the last year and a half, take off another $15 on an obd2 cable only.

Group buy pricing, all prices include shipping via usps:
OBD1 cables, for 300zx and other obd1 cars:
1 USB cable with datascan software: $109
1 serial (rs232) cable w/datascan software: $100
1 OBD2 cable w/software, for obd2 nissans and all obd2 cars: $135

If you only want a cable, you can add datascan up to a month later at group buy pricing on cables purchased during this group buy.
1 USB cable only: $92
1 serial (rs232) cable only: $75

Here are what the cables look like. They are 6 feet in length and use a genuine consult connector for a perfect fit.

The obd2 cable - for obd2 cars only!
