too rough for me - then stock springs and agx - still too rough then back to stock springs stock shocks. you will get lots of opinions; "real" hiway conditions ( pot holes, tar strips, crappy california hiways-) require some wheel travel. lowering springs cut your travel drastically. unless you get a custom valved shock, all shocks are valved stiffer the closer they get to the end of their travel - so the wont bottem hard. with short springs you are driving around in this part of the valvling - the hard part. IMO- the only " right " way to lower is with coil overs and adustable perches - the ones that change ride height without changing preload on the spring. keep in mind- the "right" way to set up coil overs is with 4 scales- not with a tape measure- good luck!
