Message	one was used, the other new. I've read comments about the black Corbeaus's fading quickly in the sun. The new seat I bought is made from a different material (better, thicker) than the old one, so time will tell if that helps resist fading. Anyway, I thought the price was fair and since the purchase, have seen several for sale on eBay for really good deals, if you're not picky about color. Seat was $230, adjustable bracket for the Z was $80, and you can pick-up a G-force camlock harness for $130. "Too dumb for opera, too smart for NASCAR."
