Message	Just thought it was odd that a 100% stock looking silver Jetta was just chilling in the median shooting radar. Not sure why a traffic engineer would be interested in that section of [toll] 2-lane highway though - it was almost dead center between two exits (so about 2 miles before the next one), the speed limit is 65mph, and there is never more than 5 cars clumped together at any time of day. But thanks for the more probable explanation.
