Message Det. sensor/harness is one I'd do for sure, easy to get to with the engine out. Other than that, the turbos are really about the only other PITA thing to deal with with the engine in place (except EGR, but you've taken care of that). How are your motor mounts? How about your oil pump/pickup?

As for the PCV, it depends on the condition of your hoses. When was the last time your valves/hoses were changed? If you're re-routing it, you'd only need to replace the two main hoses if they're brittle or hard at all. I bought those, attached a barb fitting to the end of each and ran new generic hoses from there up to the intake valve covers.

Speaking of valve covers (even though you mentioned gasket kit) make sure you re-seal your exhaust covers unless very recently done. Leaks there can sneak up on ya, and though not tough, it's not a "fun" job with the engine in the car.
