I had them turned today and they said they only needed to make one pass because they were in pretty good shape. I also explained what happened to the pads to the shop owner who also has a few race cars and he said he has never seen a pad fail like that on a street car, trucks towing a heavy load maybe but not a car who was running drilled slotted rotors. Granted I am pretty hard on them making weekly canyon runs but I am only on the car hard for 10 minutes at a time before I slow for a few miles. Nonetheless I was quite disappointed with the pads overall. As stated earlier I have run a bunch of different brands and types and think I'm sold on the axis.
