Granted, I agree with him how it's good practice, but it's a good way to get
huge fines and other punishments. My brother took my niece to a vacant
parking lot in front of a closed down department store after a snow to teach
her how to handle a vehicle in the snow. The police showed up, fined her
with illegal use of a motor vehicle, driving to endanger, and erratic driving.
Along with that, she lost her license for a year since it was within her first
year of holding a license and something like $500 in fines. My brother was
fined with something as well, but I cannot remember what it was...
