For starters, after all the lashing I got last time - thanks BTW, I decided to do some more research. For starters, based on my conversation with suppliers, I can get the Professor SP1. Yes they my be discontinued but if one is willing to wait 8 weeks, they'll make you one! It's all on an as wanted basis, hence not that inexpensive, but I think quite affordable. For my 96TT, the recommendation from the suppliers are F:18x8.5 ET37, R:18x10 ET37. I'm not so sure about the rear offset. I was thinking more like ET40. In any case, for the flush fender look, I measured the clearance between the front & rear fenders and the rim edges and ended up with F:27mm and R:5mm (this was with tires on, but I did what I could to compensate for the inflated tires). Based on these measurements and trying to stay as close to OEM overall diameter as possible, I ended up with F:245/35, R:285/30. Let me know what you think. Again, my object is to look very good flushed with the fenders. Frankly, I'm not settled about the rear not sticking out some, but let me know. Thanks.
