they gave good service; did what they were supposed to do; However, one component after another gave out in succession - it got expensive and I got tired of pulling and mailing the parts. Ended up ditching the system (as was suggested by the forum when the first componet went tits up). Save yourself the cash, time and aggravation - replace it.
