| to buy my car. I am in San Antonio at Lackland AF Base for my retraining and am staying at some of the billeting that houses a lot of the foreign militaries that get trained on this base as well. I have met a few that have been buying cars here to send home, so that is why I was willing to at least entertain an offer on the car, but I honestly had no intentions of selling the car. I am cross training into flight engineer for any who care, I don't know which air frame yet. Anywhooo. . . Intrigued at finding this note on my window, I shot the guy a text message to make sure I had the right number, and it was. So I called him and immediatly noticed the Middle Eastern accent. I started things off slow, wanting know if he lived in the same building as me, he does. So I ask him if he knows anything about the car, he doesn't really know much about cars, he just liked the way the Z looks. That is how I was at first too. He asked me if I had a price for it, and I didn't. So I told him to come up with an offer, he did. This guy offers me 3000 for my Z. Not wanting to be rude, but still offended, I told him that the car was worth 4 times that and I wouldn't accept anything less. Any of you guys ever been offered a ridiculously small amount for your cars?
