Message	reasoning. It just made sense to me, I may be wrong. I should have been clearer - sorry. but as far as him damaging the tranny going the distance of 25 miles, probably not. But when the manual states a manner of procedure, one would assume there is potential for failure to do otherwise. search revealed several auto z's seizing the're transmissions. I would still recomend removing the ds if towing in this manner its not that difficult, especially if he still has the oem half-shaft type. As cliche as it is, 'better safe than sorry'. ugh... i hate saying crap like that. -
