I don't know for sure if they do emissions still or not. Last I heard all of Missouri was dropping emissions because our state has been deemed clean enough to do so. I believe that went into effect, but I can't be certain. Columbia doesn't do emissions testing, just visual inspection (gotta have cats). But I have another point to bring up. Missouri is a very cheap place to live. Our taxes are low, housing is cheap (depending on location) its just overall a cheap place to live. That being said, its also flat land in most of the state and there isn't really anything fun to do unless restaurants, bars, and malls satisfy you. The most racing you're going to get around here is autocross.
