Message	"Quarter panel" does not only refer to the rear fenders.... Four Quarters make one whole. Front Left Fender, Front Right Fender, Rear Left Fender, Rear Right fender. You can't just have two quarter panels. That only makes half a car. For lack of a better explanation, a fender is anything that's mounted over a wheel to prevent debris from flying up onto the car or onto the passengers.
