Message	Have you considered "roto-molding" the intercooler ducts? They should fit nicely back to back on a single mold and have a very finished appearance right out of the mold. Cost should be low as well and there are many roto shops around you could farm it out to. Heck, you could even put your logo in negative in the mold cavity. Daily driving a TT is like ordering your favorite pizza for breakfast lunch and dinner. It's not healthy and eventually you will lose the magic of the meal.
