Message	You can transfer between B of A customers for free. It's a non-cancelable, non-refundable transfer. 99% of Western Union wire transfer offers to pay for an item unseen and have it shipped are scams. Did the buyer ask for an inspection to be done by a local shop? Or are they simply wiring money and making shipping arrangements? If the latter, I say scam. I bought my black Z sight unseen. I saw about 8 pictures, got a reference from a friend, and had the car thoroughly inspected at a local Z specialty shop. Once I received the report, I then sent two bank checks to the seller and I arranged for covered door to door transport. Without doing the homework, the buyer is either a fool or a fake, or both.
