PPIR is re-opened? I knew it was sold again and talks were int he works for re-opening. Great news.
Track would be fun ... but is typical speedway/roadcourse. Entire front stretch is used - along the banked corners of 1/2 down the backstretch and at turn three you go into the infield, then back onto the front stretch. (if they run the same course AMA did)My opinion would be to use the previously scheduled track day on the 12th. The new track will be what everyone will want to run ... will have the facilities to host it (compared to the limited parking at the state patrol track) ... and the event is already booked.
