I was curious about a few things. Last night I noticed that I already have an aftermarket crank pulley, but I need to get it off for a timing belt change. Firstly, what has been established as the easiest/best way to remove the nut from the pulley? Secondly, does it matter the make or anything of the crank pulley? It came with the car when I purchased it so I do not know how much it weighs, the belt travel increase, or anything else. Is this information important to know if I am purchasing a pulley kit for all my accessory items?
