The Walboro pump isn't needed, the stock TT pump is more than enough for anything but really serious power. You don't need a new MAF for the JWT ECU, unless you're going to run a dual intake/ dual MAF setup. Just about any of the side mounts on the market will work fine (GReddy, Z1, Stillen, etc and so on). For down pipes go to Specialty Z, test pipes are a bit more open but if you want the best then Specialty Z is it again. If you're planning on getting a full set of gauges then you might look into the Defi link system, if not then any standard gauge brand (like Autometer, GReddy or etc) will work. The common spring and shock combo is Eibach springs and KYB shocks. The only thing I would definitely add to the list is an good boost controller. There are a lot of other things that could be added but honestly I'd say drive it like it is for a while and see what you think. I know it's tempting to dive straight into a bunch of upgrading but if you're just buying it as a toy with no particular performance goal then it might be what you're looking for just the way it sits. If you really have to start modifying then I would suggest you start searching key words here (like "intercooler" or "boost controller") to get a good grasp of what's available and what works. If it helps, go to one of the forum vendor websites and start looking through what they have, come up with a list of what looks interesting and search those items for comparisons and personal experiences.
