| Reference Post Excuse: He had just moved, did not have access to the internet, phone stopped working, and sister was supposed to ship out the items. Member sonofsam: called the contact phone numbers he had for ricky numerous times and then the father finally ended up shipping the items out next day service. Member catfink: called numerous times and spoke to ricky on multiple occasions and was given the same excuse. Only until leaving a message about contacting the Rhode Island attorney general and the Cranston R.I. police department did ricky follow up and ship the items. Myself: called numerous times and was given above excuse. I filed a claim with paypal but did not escalate it since he had said that items were shipped. Few days later I get a notice from paypal stating that he is refunding my money. Refund did not clear and paypal found in my favor and retrieved part of my funds from his account. I am out about $10 and don't have my parts.
