when things break, you fix them. It sounds like you've done plenty of "preventative maintenance," and if the car is stock, you really shouldn't have any major problems as you approach 200k miles. The only thing I'm surprised isn't on your list is a fuel injector or two. I had one crap out right around 150k miles, but all cylinders are surprisingly still firing as I approach 170k miles.
